Maryland Summer Maternity Photos
Maternity photography is a beautiful way to document a special time in a family’s journey. What’s even better is when you can schedule a maternity session when there’s great summer weather and a gorgeous seasonal backdrop. During this summer maternity family session, we were in a gorgeous outdoor setting and were treated to blooming wildflowers.
Whether it’s your first baby or your third (or fourth or fifth); we always start a maternity session by documenting your family, just the way they are. It’s the end of chapter in your family journey and a beginning of a new one, so the session will document how things were just before everything changed.
If you have a child that’s about to become an older sibling, we’ll spend some time celebrating the first baby! This means some extra cuddling and time with mom and dad. We’ll also grab some images of the older sibling just before they welcome their baby sister or brother into the world.
Maternity sessions always celebrate where it all begins. We’ll spend some time with just the parents, as they enjoy the anticipation of the new baby’s arrival. This is when we have some fun and have a mini couple’s session to celebrate the bond between the parents.
Every maternity session always has a time to celebrate mom. Mothers are incredible human beings; the world as we know it would not exist without them. A maternity session celebrates the incredible journey of becoming a mom and it honors a mother’s strength and beauty.
