Mothers are incredible human beings; the world as we know it would not exist without them. Mothers are so many things; they are nurturers, providers and protectors. They are loving, selfless and sacrifice so many of their own wants and needs to provide for their families. Motherhood photography celebrates everything that it is to be a mother; it honors their strength and beauty.
Becoming a mother has changed me in so many ways. I have laughed, loved and lived harder than I thought was ever possible since the arrival of my son. This little being has changed me in so many ways and I cannot thank him enough. As a mom, I find myself behind the camera more often than in front of the camera. Sometimes, it takes a little extra effort to end up in pictures with my family. Every time I get in front of the camera, I am always so glad that I did; I get to see myself in the memory.
As a Maryland Motherhood Photographer, it’s my mission to help moms capture their precious moments in time with their babies. Moms are usually the designated family photographers and have so many great pictures of her family. If you ask her to show you a picture with her in it, more often than not it’s hard for her find one. I am here to help you capture those moments that are meaningful to you. Whether it’s documenting your breastfeeding journey, or documenting the way your baby fingers curl around yours while you are bottle feeding, or those special ways you make your baby laugh when its just the two of you. Whatever that special moment is, I am here to help you document that moment and capture timeless images that will be cherished forever.
